Orders & Shipping

Free standard shipping on order $150+ in CA USA. Minimum purchase must be met in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, before taxes, and any applicable shipping fees. Domestic shipping to another state within the US , please see the table below to find the shipping rates.Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive free standard shipping. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you would like to add insurance or tracking, please contact jenboutique2020@gmail.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail.

Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Normally items will arrived within 30-45 business days. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.

While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited edition items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. Once the item is no longer available for sale, the full amount will pay back on the payment method you’ve used.

A few things to note when purchasing a pre-order item:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
  • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
  • Pre-order timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item youโ€™re ordering is intended to ship.
  • The date listed on the product page is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand.
    • Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by the vendor. If an update has not been provided, we donโ€™t have the information readily available yet.

Return & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at jenboutique2020@gmail.com with order details of the product and the defect. A return authorization must be requested within 15 days of your item delivery. You must contact us at jenboutique2020@gmail.com to request and receive the return authorization number first. Once the number is received, please return the item and email us back with the tracking# so we can track your return. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by application letter.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund

A return authorization must be requested within 15 days of your item delivery. You must contact us at jenboutique2020@gmail.com to request and receive the return authorization number first. The return authorization must be included along with your returned product. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies for domestic orders only.

*Please note that the shipping fee for your original order is nonrefundable. We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office as well.

Late or missing refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
